Do you offer wholesale?
We sure do! Please fill in our Wholesale Registration Form and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Orders during COVID-19, where's my parcel 🙁
We monitor all parcels every day to see where it is at and we really do sincerely apologise for the delay in your shipment 🙁 At this stage, our postal services are incredibly overwhelmed and struggling to get parcels out of the country for a number of reasons such as:
- Prioritising packages containing medical supplies to countries that need it most
- Maintaining safe social distancing at sorting centres to keep staff safe
- Inbound flights in certain countries have been restricted unexpectedly
- Limited air capacity due to significant flight cancellations – in this case, some packages have now been sent via sea mail which can take up to 2-3months.
. All orders contain tracking that will notify you via email as the parcel gets scanned through their next destination so you are always informed. If you don’t see a scan yet, your parcel will still be in transit.
We do feel incredibly helpless as we cannot push the parcels through any faster but we hope you can help empathise with our situation. We thank you for your patience and support with us during these times.
Do you currently offer any discounts/promo codes?

I'm in between sizes and need help with sizing.
We have a super detailed size guide (click here) to help customers when you land in between sizes. Generally, you can fit two sizes due to the fabric – they will just give two different looks and you can choose which one you prefer!
Do you have a store to try on products?
We don’t have a store right now but we do offer super flexible 14 day refunds/exchanges if you choose to purchase two sizes so you can try them at home 🙂 Just keep the mailing satchel to return the item you don’t wish to keep.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices in AUD. We aim to offer different currencies in the near future!
When will you restock certain items?
We always aim to update each product page with an estimated restock date. SALE items will not be restocked at this stage.
When will I receive my exchange shipping label?
Exchange postage labels are created manually by us so please allow up to 24 hours to receive them. We hope we are big enough to one day have these labels automated!
Will you offer AfterPay?
We absolutely understand the perks of ‘buy now and pay later’ but our values lie with healthy spending habits. We don’t want anyone spending above their means so we currently only offer traditionally payment methods.
Can I wear your products as swim wear?
Almost all our pole wear is made from general swimwear fabric (85% Nylon and 15% Elastane) however, the key difference is that all pieces are made with two layers of fabric.
This just means it’s slightly heavier in water if you don’t mind. Also please note the gold hardware on detailing on some pieces – when exposed to lots of chlorine or salt water over time, it may change colour a little.
