TATIANA Active Wear is an Australian based pole wear brand and all our products are shipped from SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA. All orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are provided solely as a guideline and are subject to change. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas. 




Flat Rate of $8.50. Orders will arrive within 1-10 business days.


Flat rate of $12. Orders will generally arrive 1-3 business days.

Orders over the value of $200 within Australia will receive complimentary shipping – just make sure you select Free Shipping at check out.


Flat rate of $20. Orders will generally arrive next business day to metro areas. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for regional areas.


International orders have the option of being delivered with tracking via standard or express methods:


Orders will be shipped via Australia Post International Registered Post. 


Orders can be shipped via Australia Post International Express or DHL Express.

Upon receipt of payment and orders, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. The link provided will take you directly to the AusPost track website with your tracking number automatically entered. Don’t forget to check your junk mail/spam folder!


Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply in different countries, for which TATIANA ACTIVE cannot take responsibility. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon delivery of the order. TATIANA ACTIVE is unable to advise on, or have any control over customs charges.

Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.



We want you to love you pole wear so we have a no questions asked refund and exchange policy as long as the request is made within 14 days of your order arriving.

Refunds (Australia & International)
  1. Log into your account here. 
  2. Click on ‘Orders’.
  3. Select items you wish to refund, enter reason and click submit.
  4. You will then receive an email on how to send back your item.
  5. Once item has reached us, we will process the refund within 1 business day.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
  • the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase date; and
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping charges nor the shipping back to Head Office.

Exchanges (Australia Only)

  3. Select items you wish to exchange.
  4. Then select the product/size you wish to exchange for and click submit.
  5. You can then purchase Exchange Return Shipping ($10) by clicking here as this covers the shipping to the office and back out to you at a subsidised cost. 
  6. Please allow 1 business day for us to send you an exchange shipping label and instructions on how to send back. (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk!)
  7. Exchange will be posted once original has been received
Exchanges (International)
  1. Log into your account by clicking here. 
  2. Click on ‘Orders’.
  3. Select items you wish to exchange.
  4. Then select the product/size you wish to exchange for and click submit.
  5. We will then need to approve the request.
  6. We will then contact you directly to offer a discounted $15 AUD shipping rate to send the exchange to you.
  7. You will then need to send the item back to Australia at your own cost.
Faulty Items

Sometimes things might be broken 🙁 So we will provide you with a refund for items that:

  • are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • have been wrongly described;
  • are different to the goods that you ordered;

Email us right away and we will get a replacement or refund out to you right away. Please make sure you do this within 14 days of receiving your pole wear. If a refund is approved, the refund (including shipping costs for faulty items) will be applied to the original method or purchase.
