If your bust and underbust land on two sizes, this means you can wear two sizes:
- By choosing the size match for UNDERBUST, you will have a firmer fit which is recommended for pole classes when you go upside down however, you may have tiny boob spillage.
- By choosing the size match for BUST, this means your bust will fit much better and you will have less boob spillage. The underbust will still fit as it’s stretchy but it could be tighter.
E.g. Annie measures 85cm underbust and 102cm bust. This means that she can fit a size small bra but she may have tiny boob spillage. She can also fit medium which will fit the boobs better but will have a relaxed fit around the underbust.
- If you have breast implants, we suggest you choose the size corresponding with your underbust to ensure it is supportive.
- If you are still unsure, we recommend buying two sizes to try and returning the unwanted size within 14 days from receiving for a full refund.

Pole dancing clothes need to be functional without compromising on style. This Isla Bra is perfect for pole dancing as it actually contains two firm elastics down the bust to hold you in place whether you are training for pole tricks or working on your exotic pole flow.
This bra runs true to Australian standard sizing – but please refer to our size chart for the best fit.
Our first model (Akua) has underbust 71cm/28″, bust 91cm/35.8″, waist 71cm/28″ and hips 97cm/38″ and is wearing small top and medium shorts.
Our second model (Laura) is underbust 92cm/26.2″, bust 107cm/42.1″, waist 85cm/33″, hips 116cm/45.6″ and is wearing large bra and large shorts.
– Designed with flattering V neckline design. Don’t be fooled by the low cut. She will actually hold you in place for all inverts, allegras and crucifixes!
– Firm elastic around your underbust line to provide medium support
– Firm 3cm thick elastic across the V neckline to keep boobs where they belong

Can not recommend the Isla top enough. It fits so well without cutting into me. I purchased a small ( i am a average size 10 ) the fabric is super soft and at times i need to check if i actually have a top on it’s that comfortable. More colours please.

Love the triangle style of the top but usually with these kinda tops I struggle with keeping my girls in place, no problems here at all! makes me feel super sexy ?

I love this top, from the colour to the material. Only thing I would mention, is that it felt like they made my boobs sit outwards, I did feel secure in this and felt like it was the correct size for me, however when I was training upside down I did almost have a nip slip. The colour is great, however it does look black in photos.
