Tatiana Active is an Australian based pole wear brand and all our products are shipped from SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.
All orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are provided solely as a guideline and are subject to change. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas.
If you are purchasing a gift, we recommend buying a Gift Card. Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email, making them a convenient and thoughtful option!
Based on Auspost estimates, to ensure your order arrives by 24th December, we recommend placing your order before:

Flat Rate of $9 (2-7 business days)
FREE SHIPPING > $200 AUD
Orders over the value of $200 within Australia will receive complimentary Standard Shipping – select Free Shipping at check out.
AUSPOST EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Flat rate of $12 (1-3 business days)
Please note that we are NOT liable for any Express Shipping guarantees. This is still the faster alternative to Standard Shipping should you select this.
DHL EXPRESS COURIER
Flat rate of $30. Orders will generally arrive next business day to metro areas. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for regional areas.
EXTRA NOTES
Australia Post assume ‘Authority to Leave’ on all packages so your parcel will generally be left in a safe place if you are not home. Tatiana Active is not liable for any lost parcels.
To be safe, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a free parcel locker – they have 650 locations Australia wide.
International orders have the option of being delivered with tracking via:

Upon receipt of payment and orders, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. The link provided will take you directly to the AusPost track website with your tracking number automatically entered. Don’t forget to check your junk mail/spam folder!
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply in different countries, for which TATIANA ACTIVE cannot take responsibility. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon delivery of the order. TATIANA ACTIVE is unable to advise on, or have any control over customs charges.
Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.
As all prices were marked down across the whole website, all purchases between Nov 28 - Dec 1 2024 are considered final sales with NO refunds or exchanges.
Note that knee pads and knee pad accessories remained at full price and are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
For all sale items purchased, you have the option to either:
- Request an exchange
- Send the item(s) back for a store credit (complete the full refund process below and once we receive your items, a store credit will be applied to your account)

We want you to love your pole wear so we have a no questions asked refund and exchange policy as long as items are returned and shipped back to us within 14 days of your order arriving for full priced items.
- Items received outside 14 days from the date it was delivered will incur a $10 restocking fee.
- If you received free shipping and wish to return >50% of the items in your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
ALL items except for below are eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method:

- Gift Cards
- Return Shipping
If you used a 10% ambassador code for a full priced item, you are eligible for a full refund.

- You will then receive an email on how to send back your item.
- Once item has reached us, we will process the refund within 1 business day.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:
- the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
- the goods were purchased at full price
- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
- the goods are returned within 14 working days of received date
- it was purchased via our website
We do not refund the original shipping charges nor the shipping charges back to Head Office.

- Select items you wish to exchange. Note that if you are submitting multiple exchanges for one order, you will need to submit a separate one for each.
- We will then need to approve the request.
- Check your emails/spam folder for instructions on next steps (we will provide more information on our $12 subsidised exchange shipping rate which covers both ways).
Late returns:

- Select items you wish to exchange.
- We will then need to approve the request.
- Purchase a subsidised $15 AUD shipping label here to send the exchange to you.
- You will then need to send the item back to Australia at your own cost.
It happens rarely, but sometimes stitching flaws may happen. Our products are all made by humans after all. We will provide you with a refund for items that:
- are faulty (unless caused by you);
- have been wrongly described;
- are different to the goods that you ordered;
What to do?
- Email us right away and we will get a replacement or refund out to you.
- Please make sure you do this within 14 days of receiving your pole wear.
If a refund is approved, the refund (including shipping costs for faulty items) will be applied to the original method or purchase.
