matte vs shiny finish
Our matte fabrics have no traces of glitter whereas our shiny fabrics have subtle traces of glitter weaved into the fabric.
Read on below to see how each affects elasticity and sizing.

NYLON ELASTANE - MATTE FINISH

#1 - BUTTERY SMOOTH
We use matte fabrics across 80% of our products as it provides a sleek, matte aesthetic to compliment our designs.
We use a heavy weight nylon elastane fabric which is known to have a similar feel to silk allowing a buttery smooth finish against your skin.

#2 -Slightly less elasticity than our Shiny Finish fabric
In comparison to the second type of fabric we generally use (further info down below), the matte fabric has 20% less stretch than our shiny fabrics.
This means more structure and support. For all our BLACK coloured tops, we use an even extra thick fabric for support - this means you can size up ONLY if in between sizes.
NYLON ELASTANE - SHINY FINISH

#1 - traces of glitter in fabric
Example: Add a touch of glamour to your pole wardrobe with a fabric that features delicate glitter accents, giving it a radiant, eye-catching yet subtle shine.

#2 - more elasticity
Glitter fabrics will generally have 20% more stretch than matte fabrics making them more forgiving especially if you are in between sizes i.e. you can afford to size down with confidence (ONLY if in between sizes).

zebra mesh
Our unique zebra mesh features medium stretch for a comfortable and flexible fit.
We generally overlay the mesh with two layers of soft nylon fabric for support and depth, creating a stylish yet functional look.
ONLY if in between sizes, you can choose to size up for our Zanda sets due to the 3x layers of fabric.

small hole mesh
Our small holed mesh is used in our Hips Don't Lie Shorts & Magnus Bodysuit for it's extremely stretchy nature. It allows for beautiful contouring yielding a second skin look and feel for our products.
ONLY if in between sizes, you can choose to size down in these products as they are very forgiving.

wide hole mesh
This can be found on our Xena Set, Perla Bra and Kaizen Shorts and is favoured for it's structure. There is an adequate amount of stretch however, it is 30% less stretchy than our small holed mesh.
Consider how much mesh is used across the product. If there is a large amount of mesh, you can afford to size up due to it's less-stretchy nature ONLY if in between sizes.
fabric care guide
HAND WASH
As our garments have intricate mesh and gold hardware detailing, we recommend hand washing as machine washes can be quite harsh & cause the gold hardware to become brittle as it hits the walls of washing machine drums.
GENTLE DETERGENT
Using a silk or delicate detergent ensure no harsh chemicals strip the colour away from your garment.
AVOID DIRECT SUN
Always line dry your garments in the shade to preserve it's vibrant colour and prevent fading/fabric deterioation.
