What if my measurements land on two sizes (1 size apart)?
If your bust and underbust land on two sizes, this means you can wear two sizes:
- By choosing the SMALLER size, you will have a firmer fit which is recommended for pole classes when you go upside down however, you may have tiny boob spillage.
- By choosing the LARGER size, you will have more bust coverage, less boob spillage and can potentially alter the top to have it tightened. Get in touch for advice on this.
What if my underbust is XS but my bust is Medium (2 sizes apart)?
We are so proud to be the only brand to introduce our custom +B sizing for customers who have a larger bust relative to their underbust.
XS+B: Choose this if you have a size XS underbust and a size medium bust.
S+B: Choose this if you have a size small underbust and a size large bust.
E.g. Annie measures 75cm underbust and 106cm bust. Annie has three options:
1. Purchase size small as it would be the best fit for the underbust but have a little boob spillage.
2. Purchase size medium as it would be the best fit for the bust but could be slightly loose around underbust – Annie can also have the underbust taken in.
3. Purchase size S+B as it would be perfect for both her underbust and bust. Check out available S+B styles here.
Any advice for certain styles?

Who is it for?
Is your frame quite small relative to your chest/bust?
Do you hate shopping for bra/sports bras that just don't fit because you either have to choose the larger size and get it taken in OR choose the smaller size and have your chest spilling out?
We hear you loud and clear.
What exactly is it?
We invented our own +B sizing range which caters to customers who have a smaller underbust relative to their bust. It comes in 2x sizes:
- S+B: Choose this if you have a size XS underbust and a size medium bust.
- S+B: Choose this if you have a size small underbust and a size large bust.
E.g. Annie measures 75cm underbust and 106cm bust. Annie has three options:

2. Purchase size medium as it would be the best fit for the bust but could be slightly loose around underbust – Annie can also have the underbust taken in.
3. Purchase size S+B as it would be perfect for both her underbust and bust.
** Available only for select styles.
What if my measurements land on two sizes?
If your waist and hips land on two sizes, this means you can wear two sizes:
- The smaller size will provide a more cheeky booty cut and a firmer fit
- The larger size will provide more coverage. The bottoms will never look ‘baggy’ as they will still sit nicely on your body.
As the fabrics are very stretchy, all customers can generally wear two sizes for two different looks.
Any advice for certain styles?
All our product pages will contain detailed information as to whether the product runs small or large - please check carefully and get in touch if you have any questions. Here are some handy tips:
- If the product is made with 3 layers of fabric, size up as the fit will become firm.
- If the product has a high cut leg, you can size up if you prefer more coverage.

- If the bodysuit is primarily mesh, you can afford to size down.
- If the bodysuit has a low cut, you may need to consider sizing up for adequate coverage.

How to choose your size?
Everyone is generally able to fit into two sizes due to the fabric we have chosen.
- Firstly, measure 6cm above your knee cap and then wrap the tape measurement around your lower thigh to work out your ‘lower thigh circumference’
- Match with our size chart to find your perfect size
SIZE |
LOWER THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE (CM) |
LOWER THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE (INCHES) |
XS | 34 – 39 | 13.4 – 15.3 |
S | 40 – 45 | 15.7 – 17.7 |
M | 46 – 51 | 18.1 – 20.1 |
L | 52 – 57 | 20.5 – 22.4 |
What if I’m in between sizes?
We have tailored a guide below based on feedback gather since the launch of the black knee pads back in March 2023 however, the final decision will come down to your personal preference and your usage requirements.
Choose the SMALLER size if:
- You don’t mind a tight fit when it comes to protective gear, clothing, pole wear etc
- You are training kips, drops and flips on a regular basis, and you do not want to risk the knee pad slipping out of place at the wrong time
- You generally use the knee pad for hard impact training
Choose the LARGER size if:
- You only do choreography classes, floorwork classes or heels dance classes that don’t require high impact tricks
- You do not like the feeling of being ‘constricted’ or wearing tight fitted items If your calf muscle is larger than average
How should they fit?
- The knee pad should feel firm and secure when sliding along the floor
- They may feel very ‘tight’ at first however, you will need to ‘break’ into them as they will mould to the shape of your knee with at least 10–15 wears
- In a standing position, bend your knees until they touch the ground (and the back of your thigh touches your calf) a few times. If you feel that your blood circulation is cutting off or if it is severely uncomfortable, please size up.
