I bought the Tokio Bra in Matte Wine with the matching shorts cos I've heard amazing things about TA's quality from my pole sisters. I was disappointed cos after the first wash, the stitching had come off on my Tokio Bra. I reached out to the TA team and they were immediately responsive. They offered proper solutions to the problems and Tatiana herself reached out to me. They sent me a replacement within a week. Overall, I'm very impressed with the customer service at Tatiana Active and I would be more than happy to continue supporting this business. The quality of the Tokio Bra and Shorts is really good too - The fitting is just right for me (I'm a petite Asian) and everything stays on no matter what I'm doing, whether it's chair, pole tricks or floor work. It almost feels like a second skin! The material is so smooth and wicks sweat fast. Highly recommend the product and the company's customer service. Big shout out to Shela and Tatiana for their help!
